Through the use of processes including checklists, peer reviews, and verification, SWP has built a Quality system over 20 years to ensure a quality, consistent output for our client. We understand that our clients want to feel reassured that their projects will be managed in a way that complies with all requirements, and SWP’s practice of engaging 3rd party auditors to independently certify us to ISO9001 allows for us to recognise what we do well, and gives us room to continually improve.

The safety of our staff, our clients, and all people who are present when we carry out our work is of the utmost importance to SWP. By following the ISO standard for Occupational health and safety management systems we ensure that the physical and mental health needs of our staff are being met so that our workforce are the best version of themselves. As an office based professional services company SWP does not make a large negative impact on the environment. But we understand that small actions have large consequences, and small actions by many can make amazing things happen.
