Guiseppe Graziano
Managing Director
Guiseppe’s in depth knowledge of the Building Regulations and his engaging can-do attitude have made him one of the most well-known personalities in the NSW commercial construction sector. He is an enthusiastic hands-on house renovator with a talent for transforming homes into masterpieces with his meticulous attention to detail. When he’s not on the tools he loves nothing more than keeping fit with morning bike rides in the peloton.
Steve Watson
Director
A keen surfer and sailor with an eye for the big blue expanses, Steve is equally as happy racing his yacht in the Sydney to Hobart, or anchoring off a remote surf break and paddling out for a few barrels.
Anthony Ljubicic
Director
Anthony loves to travel (sometimes even without the kids), enjoys a good drop of wine and is an avid football fan; his dream is to be at Anfield to hopefully witness another famous European night.
Adem Kose
Director
Outside of his professional life, Adem is enjoys spending time with his family, catching up with family/friends and keeping fit. Adem is also a keen property developer occasionally involved with small residential or commercial projects. Adem has a long history with soccer and enjoys coaching at a grass roots level from time to time.
David Cartwright
Principal
Raised on a sheep farm, David learned early on the values of hard work and resilience. He has a knack for property development and enjoys a game of hockey on the weekend and helping out with kids sport. He is also a keen trout fisherman, an avid beekeeper and has built an impressive hen house for his chickens dubbed ‘Chateau de Chook’.
Matthew Bennett
Principal
Matt is a lover of the great outdoors and the country despite trading it for life in the city for over 15 years. He spent a year living in Nepal working for an NGO to implement building permit processes, completed a self-supported 150km trek along the Margaret River coast in WA, and a four-month trip swagging around Australia with his mates. Now as a family man with his hands full with two young kids; Matt’s time in the great outdoors is mostly limited to his backyard veggie patch (including chooks!).

Adam Boswell
Associate
Adam has a well-rounded and comprehensive approach to BCA Compliance, with a proven ability to navigate complex statutory approvals in a clear and practical manner. Outside of work, Adam enjoys tackling home improvement projects, and cheering on his local VFL team.
Anton Gulyas
Associate
Passionate about running and always on the move, Anton is a proud local of South Australia. With a knack for stirring the pot, he thrives on challenging the status quo and sparking lively conversations. When not hitting the pavement, you can find him walking his Shetland sheepdogs or hanging out with the family.
Aaron Mackie
Associate | Senior Building Surveyor
An avid Western Bulldogs supporter, outside of the AFL season always keen for a day at the races either at Flemington or Caulfield race course Members. Enjoys international travel or checking out a gig.
Michael Lokic
Associate
Michael is a lover of the outdoors. He enjoys spending his time surfing, going on sailing trips or playing golf. He’s currently learning the guitar & cherishes spending time with his wife and young daughter.
Andrew Rys
Senior Associate
Andrew is a keen Europe traveller and has enjoyed many trips there with his wife and to visit his family in Poland. Proud father to two sons, Andrew keeps fit on his kayak enjoys red wine and is a Formula 1 enthusiast – go Ferrari!
Luke Denny
Senior Associate
Luke is an avid snow skier with a passion for the mountains and outdoor adventure. When not hitting the slopes, Luke loves to support his kids in all their sporting activities. He is a big sports fan and lifelong supporter of the Canterbury Bulldogs, Waratahs and Wallabies.
Jason Krzus
Senior Associate
He is a keen wine and whiskey connoisseur, will never say no to a round of golf, enjoys just about every sport under the sun, cars, motorbikes and values spending time with his wife and two young children.
Joshua Walker
Senior Associate
When Josh is not working on his latest home DIY project, he can usually be found at the local golf course where he manages to hit just enough good shots to keep him going back.
