We have a highly qualified team with extensive experience in all types of construction projects for Approvals, Consultancy, and Essential Services work. With over 60 staff members across four offices, we have accreditation in NSW, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, and the ACT. Our key strengths include expertise in all aspects of BCA compliance, rigorous QA procedures, and a reputation for integrity among relevant stakeholders. We are well known for meeting the highest levels of client expectations while minimising the risk of design or construction errors by application of our rigorous QA processes.

About the Roles

We’re expanding our Melbourne team and have opportunities for:

  • Experienced Building Surveyors ready to lead projects and manage client relationships
  • Assistant Building Surveyors looking to grow under expert mentorship
  • Cadet Building Surveyors currently studying and eager to gain hands-on experience

You’ll work on a variety of Class 2–9 buildings, from small fit outs to large scale developments. Our team is client-focused, and we support each other through structured mentoring and quality assurance systems.

What We’re Looking For

Depending on the role, we’re seeking individuals who are:

  • Passionate about building surveying and committed to professional growth
  • Knowledgeable in the Building Act, Regulations, and NCC
  • Strong communicators with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience in auditing concept and detail designs for BCA compliance and managing construction and defect inspections
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
  • Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent, ideally with 3+ years’ experience and VBA registration (Limited or Unlimited). Post graduate qualifications would be well regarded.
  • Highly motivated and professional attitude with a commitment to integrity and excellence
